Donald L. Beckner is a former United States Attorney. As United States Attorney, he personally prosecuted major white-collar crimes, racketeering, and political corruption cases. Mr. Beckner currently practices litigation in areas including securities, S.E.C. enforcement actions, construction, bankruptcy, business litigation, and federal white-collar crime. Mr. Beckner has pending or has recently concluded litigation is federal courts in San Francisco, Dallas, Memphis, Pensacola, Miami, Louisiana, and Paris, France.
Mr. Beckner conducted seminars for attorneys on Oral Argument before the United States Courts of Appeals. He was named Man of the Year for Louisiana, served on the Lawyers Advisory Committee for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and was a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary of the Bar Association for the Fifth Federal Circuit.
